Run checkdisk:

Go to 'my computer' and right click on your hard drive. Select 'Properties'. Then select the 'Tools' tab and for error checking click the 'check now' button. It'll run on your next start up.

Good luck.

you need to reinstall IE
It is a microsoft error (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=26524... I would start using Firefox browser instead (http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/)

Good luck!
If you are using Windows XP, you should make sure you have the service packs installed. To get them, if you don't have them, go to Microsoft's Web site (www.microsoft.com) and do Microsoft Update.

If you have the service packs installed, you can do a hotfix. Instructions are here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892052

An overview of the causes, problems, and solutions to this error are here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/888092

If you aren't using XP, you'll have to let me know which operating system you do have, so I can give you different instructions.

Good luck.
You can also try an alternate... http://www.dll-files.com and look for your file and download it to the appropriate place.
Without knowing more about your computer, this is a widely-known issue but the solutions vary according to when that occurs and under which operating system:

migrate to mozilla firefox
This error indicates that another program on your comp is trying to access that spacific dynamic link library (in process server) at the same time or is already using it.

Try running "MSCONFIG" util in the run dialog box %26gt; under General tab select "Selective startup" %26gt; below that uncheck only one item "Load startup items" %26gt; Apply %26gt; click Close and reboot you PC, and try accessing you hotmail account

hope this helps, good luck
