This depends on where you live. It's not on just one frequency/channel; usually an area is served by a handful of transmitters on different frequencies. The digital signal is currently broadcast on channels 21 through 68 although 31-40 and 63-68 will be discontinued due to OFCOM reallocation. Click on a channel number (i.e. C26) and it will say the frequency in MHz above the map. Look on the map for coloured footprints. The freeview digital mux's are the 3 shades of green and 3 shades of blue. The other footprints are analogue.

They're given in aural and visual frequencies for analog transmitters, but the digital signal is a single 8MHz wide signal so just average the two frequencies and that'll get you close enough!
