How do i extract flv files from the ie cache?

I really need to download this episode fro this website but the the website is so secure ive tried all kinds of rippers and flash extrcators but none of them worked, then i tried extracting flash files from the ie cache i had no problems with the swf files since i just had to find them but ie converts the flv files to tmp files and i dont know how to convert them back.

-i tried movie extractor scout lite i was only able to view the files and not extract them.

I really need of your help. PLEASE REPLY!

in IE:

Tools %26gt; Internet Options %26gt; Settings (under temporary internet files) %26gt; View FIles

search for the file that is the movie. I just click on Size at the top and it sorts them by size. You know a movie will be a really big file size. Then right click, Copy, and paste on ur C drive. Then gete a video converter. I use Total Video Converter. very easy to use.
