How do i manually import IE favourites into Yahoo bookmarks?

The automatic import function isn't working - my friend told me i had a corrupt favourite somewhere in the folder, she also had this problem and a BTY technician connected to her pc to manually import her favourites, but she can't remember the web page he accessed to do this from, so is there someone out there who can tell me how to manually import my IE favourites into Yahoo bookmarks
