How would i go about downloading ie explorer cuase i have a currupted file on the explorer?

If i uninstall ie explorer how can i redownload it without no internet on the pc? i know this sounds sorta dum but i need to know thanks.

webpage...but you might like FireFox better (from mozilla)
your windows cd has ie on it you need to re install it from add and remove windows components then run the setup then you can get the upgrade off the internet at microsoft .com
