since putting in your IE 7.1 it has messed up erased my outlet express, %26amp; has made pop ups at startup bleed thru. I had none of this before as I just had my computer cleared out %26amp; reset. How do I correct what 7.1 has caused?

If your running xp your popup blocker could be turned off, and installing IE 7 would not delete Outlook off your computer. It may have taken the icon off the browser in which thats an easy fix. If you right click next to the tabs you will get more options. Otherwise you have to download IE 6.

goto add/remove programs... on the left of that box.. theres another box labled windows components. in there UNCHECK IE...restart your computer... go back in there.. and replace the check in the box.. that will install the default xp IE that came with it.. then install whatever version you want or need.
