What can I do to stop this problems. And my Yahoo Messenger does the same thing. I have IE 7.0 and Yahoo Messenger 8.1. Both are the lastest versions. Someone please help me.

Try using another browser, I highly recommend Firefox. IE is crap, even the latest version.

You are stuck here. IE 7 has many problems like this. Live it with them and upgrade them time to time with fixes.
Definitely send the error report. Below is a ink to a video that show what happens when you send in the error report. You can also try reinstalling the two offending programs. Also run a virus scan and a spyware scan.

Another cause could be any toolbar or Add-ons you have. It could even be driver problems. I think you browsers is infected with Addware/Maleware software, Because when any unknown or Illegal action happen through IE than IE will try to stop action and close IE.
