My "home page" option in IE is disabled?

due to spam in yahoo messenger my "home page" option in IE is disabled. Instead of my home page some other site is there. I cant change this. The option is disabled. I scanned with the spyware and also with virus scanner(Norton 10). It removed the spam, but still the option is disabled

Download Microsoft Antispyware from http://downloads.microsoft.com and install it.It will solve all your problems.
click on start control panel

click on add,remove

click on set program .access and defaults ,icon

see if this will fix it
Seems your anti-spyware and Norton didn't see the Hijacker Spyware which took hostage of your IE. Better search some spywre remover in this site http://www.download.com at the search box type "spyware"
reinstalling the IE should fix the problem now that u have removed the spyware.
