when i click the prompt to run activeX at a certain site it closes my IE window every time

Internet Explorer is a horrible browser. I suggest Firefox (http://mozilla.com/firefox). It's faster and safer. Plus there is tabbed browsing and a convenient search bar. Plus it's fully skinable and there are entension you can install and you won't have this ActiveX problem (I know cause I had the same problem). It's a 100% better browser

It's new feature from Microsoft...
Go to http://update.microsoft.com/windowsupdat... and get the newest updates for your computer. One of them will contain a patch for Active X.
