after downloading the disc that came with the printer I get the "imfamous" error message that IE has stopped working, yadda, yadda,... I have searched and tried all the suggestions! disable add-ons, disable, phishing, disable prtection mode.
ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW? it seems to be only when I try to send email. I have been searching and trying for hrs!...im running vista home basic. thankyou!

Uninstall the printer. Reinstall the email client software. If that's the IE browser then reinstall the the browser. Reinstall the printer.
Error message is always better than the dreaded BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH.
