Cannot download file from Internet thru IE?

Hi

When I try to download file from website. It will show a screen "Getting file information from internet site" " IE Cannot open file from internet site"

(Happen to All web sites)

Please help and advise what to do to recitify this problem. Thanks so much

try restarting your computer..it might help.
