Question About Ad Block Pro For IE?

I used to run Ad Block + for IE, which today I found out has been updated to Ad Block Pro. (This is NOT the same software as Ad Blocker Pro.) Anyway, on the software information, it says that this is a 30 day trail version. Does this mean that the software will no longer block the ads after 30 days, or that updated features will not be available after 30 days? It says that to buy the commercial license version, it is $20. But what are the differences between the commercial-paid version and the free version of Ad Block Pro? What should I expect after the 30 day expiration date with this plug in? I do like the new version, but I am reluctant to get the paid version. Thanks for your help.

Jeff
