Bookmarking help nedded either in ie or in firefox.?

Can I bookmark a list of URLS in a txt file directly into the bookmarks folder in firefox or the favorites folder in IE. I want to bookmark all at once and not one at a time. If yes details needed..

Open favorites folders and drop in all in all the web sites you want.. You can also organize from here too.

find the directory of bookmark/fvorites in the HDD and just copy site address to that directory . Done.
